Description
Tsutako is a good friend of Yumi Fukuzawa, and is a photographer for the newspaper club. She is very good at what she does, and is the righthand girl of Minako when it comes to getting news and photographs. Tsutako takes a picture of Yumi and Sachiko together at the statue of Virgin Mary, but has a rule: She will never post a picture without getting the consent of the people in the photograph first.
