Description
Hitomi is a highschool freshman whose hobby is reading tarot cards. She wears a pendant that her grandmother gave to her, that keeps accurate time like a metronome. After a mysterious young man appears before her and slays a dragon, she is transported back with him to his world, known as Gaea.<br><br>In Escaflowne: A Girl in Gaea, Hitomi is a withdrawn, depressed girl who wants to disappear and leave her world behind. She gets her wish when Sola and Folken summon her to Gaea.
