Fullmetal Awesome

So. I've finally finished Fullmetal Alchemist. Late to the party, I know, but wow it was well worth watching. The balance of drama, action, and comedy works incredibly well, all the characters are likable (if they were meant to be) and the story is very well put together. At no point did anything seem over the top or unnecessary and never during the show did I say 'Why would he do THAT?' or 'How did they figure that out??'. I was a bit disappointed in the ending of the series only in the sense that, well it ended at all. The movie, Conqueror of Shamballa, gave the coda that the series needed but I still wish there could be more to it. That's the sign of a great series or movie or book or anything really - leave them wanting more. And I do. There are 13 characters in need of your rankings - so don't keep them waiting!
